Mid Century Modern Living is owned and operated by a Herman Miller retiree, who uses his connections in the industry to provide the very best used Herman Miller products to his customers.
We are focused on Modern furniture that was designed and developed by Charles and Ray Eames, George Nelson, Gilbert Rohde, Alexander Girard, Isamu Noguchi, Mark Goetz, among others. Modern Furniture design started in the late 1930’s, however, became popular in the 1950’s (note MCML in Roman Numerals, is 1950). Many pieces designed during this era are still in production today. However, there is still a strong supply and demand of older pieces that are in very good condition. This is our business… seeking opportunities to purchase, or sell on consignment, used mid century modern furniture while also identifying discerning buyers for these furnishings worldwide.
